- Advised and represented a holding company in Muscat relating to construction/development of a hotel against its owner.
- Advised and represented a construction & engineering in arbitration proceedings relating to construction/development of offices.
- Advised and represented a company in nullification of an arbitration award at the primary appeal/supreme court which received substantial covered in global publications and by international law firms in the field of international arbitration.
- Acted for a contracting company who was awarded a tender for construction of 300 housing units. The government organisation failed to perform its contractual obligations towards our client which resulted in termination of the contract where the dispute was referred to arbitration in order to determine the financial claims.
- Acted for a contractor in a joint venture at the Omani court proceedings relating to the nullification of an ICC arbitration award under Article 53 of the Oman Arbitration Law in enforcement proceedings filled by a major sub-contractor in respect to an airport.
- Acted for a contractor in an arbitration relating to disputes on expressway project against a government department.
- Advised and represented a holding company in emergency arbitration before the Oman Commercial Arbitration Centre in respect of protection of liquidation of performance bond.
- Currently advising a private client against a government organisation in respect of exploration and production where our client has invested funds which they want to recover.
- Currently advising a group of companies in respect of a concerning minerals of illegal termination of agreements whether to proceed to arbitration or not.
- Acting for a commodities company in Pakistan against an oil/gas body advising on arbitration subject to Pakistani law and ad hoc rules. This dispute relates to termination of a commercial supply contract and encashment of a guarantee following imposition of EU sanctions.
- Advised an oilfield company on various disputes concerning supply time in an offshore oil block.
