Ella is a dedicated and accomplished Solicitor within the My Commercial Lawyers team. She has always had a strong interest in defending regulatory prosecutions brought by the Health and Safety Executive, actions initiated by the local authorities or the Environmental Agency and Food Standards Agency, along with criminal litigation. As such she has focused her career in these areas of law to build a wide breadth of knowledge and experience.

Ella’s experience includes receiving instructions from multinational companies requiring clear advice on HSE investigations and enforcement action.

She concentrates on a variety of work, including representation at interviews under caution and advocacy in the Magistrates’ Courts, along with having conduct on large, complex Crown Court matters. Ella prides herself on being an accomplished and tenacious defence lawyer.
